13.1 These Terms and all disputes arising from or related to your use of jl23 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

PAGCOR's applicable dispute resolution procedures remain available to players as provided under PAGCOR's regulatory framework.

14.1 jl23 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
